The utilization of the screwed pushers is very easy. However it is important not to screw or unscrew completely. A few turns in one or the other direction are enough to allow or to avoid setting. You will see it is very useful.

Only one suggestion, avoid to screw and unscrew  to strongly and do not block it in screwed or unscrewed position until you are used to it.
