From 1960 to 1970 AQUASTAR  developed several diving and regatta instruments, especially the counter for departure minutes AQUASTART, the diving instrument DEEPMETER with its water-resistant to 100 meters plastic case and the famous COUNTDOWN, one of the first instrument with digital lecture for the regatta countdown from -60 to -1 minute that has been used for sailing as well as for diving.
